Антибиотик, препятствующий синтезу клеточной стенки у грамотрицательных бактерий. Исходная молекула ( пенициллин) – продукт Penicillium notatum, Penicillium chrysogenum и других грибов. С помощью химической модификации этой основной структуры можно получить широкий спектр синтетических аналогов.
Фермент, удаляющий бензиловую группу из пенициллина G, образуя 6-аминопенициллиновую кислоту.
Антибиотик, полученный из пенициллина с помощью химических изменений его структуры.
